Synopsis
Oil Capital Underground chronicles Tulsa's punk, new wave, and thrash scenes from the late '70s to mid-'90s. In a conservative city, bands like Los Reactors and NOTA built a DIY underground culture. Featuring rare footage and interviews, the film captures the music, personalities, and spirit of the era.
