Synopsis

Satoko Mugimaki works part-time four days a week and lives frugally after being diagnosed with a lifelong illness. After having to quit a full-time corporate job and move to a more affordable 45-year-old housing complex, her life changed drastically. Through her neighbor and landlord, Suzu Miyama, and her mysterious cook, Tsukasa, Satoko discovers food therapy and a new path to wellness. ©NHK
