Synopsis
Rainfall and storm surges are increasing. Several small towns are already flooded. They are the first harbingers of impending disaster. More and more houses and areas are being overwhelmed by the floodwaters. The danger to the residents is becoming increasingly real. Besides the rescue operation, a way to stop the floods must be found above all else.
