Synopsis
THE FLATS is an intimate return to a childhood marked by murder, revenge and fear. Joe was nine when his uncle was killed in Belfast, and the trauma has never left him; now an adult, he revisits that past from the high-rise flat where he lives, carrying memories that still feel immediate. The film follows Joe as recollection turns into a form of re-enactment.
