Synopsis

At 70 years old, Frank Rothwell decides to row 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean alone - because why make things easy now? In a small rowing boat and with no one to answer to, he sets out to break a world record, and quietly defies everything society expects of age, sense, and self-preservation along the way.
