Synopsis

Across decades of colonial rule, Cold War brinkmanship and civil war, Vietnam becomes the crucible of revolution and superpower conflict. From Dien Bien Phu to Tet, Khe Sanh to Kent State, leaders escalate, soldiers endure jungle battlefields and brutal captivity, and protests erupt at home. As Saigon falls and reunification begins, the human cost, sacrifice and division leave everlasting wounds.
