Synopsis

Mysterious drifter Sam Doonby arrives in a Texas town, becoming a sensation at a local blues bar. While romancing the troubled Laura Reaper, he uncannily prevents local disasters. As suspicion grows, Sam vanishes, forcing the town to confront buried secrets and the chilling possibility that he never existed at all.
