Synopsis
From award winning Studio Ghibli: When an American air raid kills their mother, 14-year-old Seita and his 4-year-old sister Setsuko struggle to survive in wartime Japan. After falling out with their aunt, they find refuge in an abandoned bomb shelter. As food runs out, the siblings cling to fleeting moments of happiness amid devastation.
