Synopsis

Ten of the UK's finest comedians enter a specially-created set, to battle it out to see who can keep a straight face while simultaneously trying to make their opponents laugh. Comedians who laugh will be eliminated one-by-one, until a single comedian remains. Who will be crowned the Last One Laughing?
