Synopsis

A shadowy assassin targets a top U.S. government official. Known only as the Jackal, he vanishes without a trace, his identity and location constantly shifting. Racing against a ticking clock, Deputy Director Carter Preston recruits imprisoned IRA sniper Declan Mulqueen, and the unlikely pair must anticipate the Jackal's next move before he strikes.
