Synopsis

Eleven-year-old Toe Thompson already thinks his neighborhood is weird ... but it's about to get a whole lot weirder! Toe (Jimmy Bennett) serves as the designated punching bag for the bullies of the suburban community of Black Falls, where, during a freak storm, a mysterious Rainbow Rock falls from the sky and grants wishes to anyone who finds it.
