Synopsis

Alphonse is a meek 50yo man, with a failing marriage, an unsolved Oedipus complex and a job he’s not very good at. But things spiral out of control over the course of a day: he takes on a loan to buy an apartment, he loses his job, gets beaten up and his estranged father has a heart attack... Suddenly faced with his greatest fears, he reconnects with his father and discovers a life-changing secret: his father has been a long-time escort to a high-level women clientele.
