Synopsis
A Hallmark Channel original movie. Sent to evaluate the value of Holly Lodge by a major developer, Evan feels instant sparks with owner Sophie. But when Sophie realizes the reason for Evan's stay, she must save the Lodge while trying not to fall in love.
