Synopsis

UTOPIA revolves around an eclectic group of graphic novel enthusiasts who meet online with a shared obsession with UTOPIA, an enigmatic graphic novel which they theorize may foretell in detail the demise of humanity through the spread of various viruses and disease. After finally meeting in person at Comicon in Durham and confirming the existence of Utopia with their own eyes, our group finds themselves being tracked down and attacked by two assassins hell-bent on obtaining Utopia for themselves and killing off anyone who has seen it. Saved from the assassins by JESSICA HYDE (the real life inspiration for the main character in the graphic novel) our group embarks on an adventure of survival, as they attempt to uncover the true meaning of Utopia.
