Synopsis

Belfast, late 1980s. American civil rights lawyer Paul Sullivan is shot in an incident involving three policemen. Deputy Chief Constable Kerrigan is flown from England to lead an inquiry into the murder, joining forces with Paul's activist-lawyer partner Ingrid, who is gathering evidence of her own.
