Synopsis

While Plan 9 is often considered to be Bela Lugosi's last film, his actual finished movie is really this one. He is joined by John Carradine, Lon Chaney, & Tor Johnson. The star is Basil Rathbone as a mad scientist who kidnaps his victims and gives them a strange drug, inducing a deathlike state...Sometimes he cuts open their brains to discover a cure for his wife's brain tumor.
