Synopsis
Frankie literally falls for a new gal in town, pop singer Sugar Kane, leaving his sweetheart, Dee Dee, in the lurch. Amidst this love triangle, Frankie & Annette's beach buddies get into hot water with a mermaid, the local motorcycle gang and the evil South Dakota Slim.
