Synopsis

A local official LI arrives at the US embassy seeking to trade information on stolen radioactive material in exchange for his safe passage to the US. SILVA, a CIA Agent, is tasked with transporting him from the center of a city on the brink of collapse to an airstrip 22 miles away. With enemies closing in all sides.
