Synopsis

Accompanied by his beautiful but colossally ignorant mistress, Billie Dawn (Judy Holliday), the bullying and crooked junk tycoon Harry Brock (Broderick Crawford) arrives in Washington D.C. to manipulate a huge international business deal.
