Synopsis

Maggie is society's worst nightmare: A scruffy, ferocious, drug-addicted misfit, she now sits on death row, convicted of murder, awaiting her execution. But a covert agency specializing in high-tech assassination wants to transform Maggie from an unguided missile into a sleek killing machine. Maggie can either learn to kill on command or die as ordered by the courts.
