Synopsis

Melha is 29 years old, and ticks too many boxes. She’s a woman, a tomboy, overweight, a muslim, surrounded by a band of misfit friends in current day France. She thinks all she needs is a job and a boyfriend before she’s 30 and everything will start making sense. But how are you supposed to find love when you don’t fit the beauty standards and you want to remain a virgin until marriage? And how are you supposed to find a job when you come from the wrong side of the tracks? TROP is a super funny, sharp and intimate account of one woman’s journey to find herself.
